I don't know, the fact that Ichigo needs to be rescued helps maintain the fact that he is not all powerful like he seems to be at times.

I think it's a healthy reminder that the people saving him are powerful, skilled, and all that much more well disciplined than Ichigo.

Interesting. I thought Ichigo was going to strike Yammy down pretty quickly, but it looks like he's having trouble accessing his new power if the spoilers are true. I'm not too disappointed though. I find the inner struggle between him and his Hollow to be one of the best parts of Bleach and I like the introspection of the characters as much as the action. I'm just not the most patient person. Not a huge fan of all this jumping around, either. :Þ

I was going to ask how everyone felt about Hiyori's odds of survival now that it's clear to us Ichigo's not going to be racing to the rescue anytime soon, but I realize that it's almost pointless. I'm starting to think Orihime's powers really ruined a lot of the plot tension/anticipation for me. I can't really be moved by the possibility of anyone getting hurt or killed so long as she's in the Manga, knowing full well she can bring the dead back to life. Without Orihime, things start looking a lot more interesting.

Soo..my new question is..anyone else want her gone? >=]

So my question is... is Ichigo's hollow the only one that can take over and totally heal him? (referencing the repaired hole in Ichigo's chest during the Ulq fight...) Do the Vizard's all have such good control of their hollow's that they don't get taken over by them?

I think that the vizards have completely taken the power over their inner hollows during their training sessions, and about Ichigo I still want to believe that he will be both Arrancar and Vizard.

I really wouldn't mind if a Final Fantasy 7 happened to Orihime if you know what I mean.. it would make Ichigo insane.. and he would probably go to some uber bankai/hollow release.. it would be wild.. i could only imagine
